Hanoi, March 19 -- Politburo member and Permanent member of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat Tran Cam Tu, head of the Central Steering Committee for the Development of Vietnamese Culture, chaired the committee's inaugural meeting on March 19, stressing the need for swift and effective implementation of cultural development policies.
