New York, Sept. 24 -- General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam attended a dialogue with leaders of US financial institutions and investment funds in New York on September 23 (local time), during which he called on them to view Vietnam not merely as an attractive market today, but as a long-term development partner.
