Hanoi, Oct. 7 -- More than 4.888 trillion VND (over 18.8 million USD) has been disbursed for projects serving the APEC Economic Leaders' Week 2027 in Phu Quoc special zone, the Mekong Delta province of An Giang, as of September 25, equivalent to over 49% of the 2026 capital plan, the Ministry of Finance reported.

A total of 21 projects are being implemented for the event, including 10 using public investment funds and 11 under public-private partnerships (PPP) and business investment arrangements.
