Hanoi, March 22 -- More than 2,000 people joined a run in Hanoi on March 21 to promote energy efficiency and respond to Earth Hour 2026, as part of Vietnam's national programme on economical and efficient energy use for 2019-2030.

The launch ceremony and run were organised by the Ministry of Industry and Trade at the Tay Ho Creative Cultural Space, drawing participation from representatives of ministries, sectors, international organisations, businesses, social organisations, and the public.

Held under the theme "Green Innovation - Green Future," the event brought together civil servants, workers, business representatives, running enthusiasts, and amateur athletes from various clubs.
