Hanoi, Sept. 5 -- General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam's upcoming state visit to Russia, official visit to France and attendance at the International Space Summit in Paris are expected to mark new milestones in Vietnam's comprehensive strategic partnerships with the two countries, according to Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Thi Thu Hang.
