Moscow, Sept. 9 -- Prof. Dr Tran Hong Thai, President of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST), has held a working session with Artyom Zassourky, Vice President at Russian conglomerate AFK Sistema, to promote cooperation in several strategic technology fields.
