Lawmakers discuss shifting petroleum policy from investment incentives to global competitiveness
Hanoi, Aug. 4 -- As part of the first extraordinary session of the 16th National Assembly, on the afternoon of August 4, lawmakers held group discussions on the draft revised Petroleum Law and the draft law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on State Compensation Liability.
