Vientiane, March 24 -- Reporting to the first session of the 10th National Assembly of Laos on March 23 on the direction of the country's 10th five-year national socio-economic development plan for 2026-2030, Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone said the strategy aims to advance the country's development and enable it to graduate from least-developed status in a sustainable and high-quality manner through five principal objectives.
