Vientiane, Aug. 28 -- Representatives of Lao ministries, agencies and mass organisations visited the Vietnamese Embassy in Vientiane from August 26-28 to extend their congratulations, on the occasion of the 81st anniversary of Vietnam's August Revolution (August 19, 1945-2026) and National Day (September 2, 1945-2026).
