Hanoi, April 8 -- The official visit to Laos by Politburo member and Permanent member of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee's Secretariat Tran Cam Tu on April 9 will help open up new development opportunities for Laos-Vietnam relations, and contribute to the sustained and long-term growth of their special ties, said Lao Ambassador to Vietnam Khamphao Ernthavanh.
