Hung Yen, Nov. 5 -- The northern province of Hung Yen held a ceremony on November 5 marking 2026 Vietnam Law Day (November 9). In his speech, Standing Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Nguyen Le Huy said the province, newly merged and running a two-tier local administration, is determined to hit double-digit growth.
