Ca Mau, June 18 -- Construction is accelerating on a strategic transport project linking Hon Khoai Island with the mainland in the southernmost province of Ca Mau, with contractors ramping up manpower and equipment deployment to maintain progress despite adverse weather conditions during the rainy season.
