Ho Chi Minh City, July 21 -- Ho Chi Minh City plans to complete the first phase of its recruitment drive for chief architects and leading experts in science, technology, innovation and digital transformation in the third quarter of 2026, under a directive issued by Vice Chairman of the municipal People's Committee Nguyen Manh Cuong on July 20.
