Ho Chi Minh City, March 10 -- Ho Chi Minh City and Daejeon of the Republic of Korea (RoK) have pledged to further strengthen comprehensive and substantive friendly cooperation for the benefit of people and businesses in both localities, contributing to the promotion of the Vietnam-RoK Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, officials said at a meeting in the southern metropolis on March 10.
