Hanoi, Aug. 22 -- Hanoi is organising a wide range of cultural, artistic, sporting, tourism and entertainment activities to celebrate the 81st National Day (September 2), offering residents and visitors opportunities to enjoy the festive atmosphere while promoting the capital's image as a cultured, civilised and modern city. A series of art programmes will be staged across central and suburban areas.
