EVFTA deliver tangible gains for Vietnam-EU trade after six years
Ho Chi Minh City, Aug. 3 -- Six years after the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA) entered into force on August 1, 2020, the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (EuroCham) says the pact has fundamentally reshaped bilateral economic ties, turning political commitments into high-value trade integration, strengthening business confidence and firmly positioning Vietnam in global value chains.
