Hanoi, Nov. 2 -- Amid rapid digital transformation, equipping people with disabilities with the skills to use technology, apply artificial intelligence (AI) and identify fake news and online scams has become an increasingly practical need. Through a range of hands-on support initiatives, the Hanoi Association of People with Disabilities (DP Hanoi) is helping its members gain access to and master technology, thereby broadening their opportunities for education, employment and social inclusion.
