Hanoi, Aug. 3 -- The Ministry of Health has proposed, for the first time, providing people aged 40 and above with knowledge and practical skills to prepare for old age under a draft circular guiding the implementation of the National Target Programme on Health Care, Population and Development (2026-2035), reflecting a shift toward earlier and more proactive ageing preparation amid the country's rapidly ageing population.
