Hanoi, July 15 -- All university students will be required to graduate with digital competencies and knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) under a new regulation issued by the Ministry of Education and Training (MoET), marking the first time these skills have been made compulsory learning outcomes for undergraduate programmes.
