Hanoi, July 28 -- Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung has called for a long-term strategy to build a sustainable fisheries sector, stressing that stronger governance and digital transformation are essential for Vietnam to secure the removal of the European Commission's (EC) "yellow card" warning on illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing.
