Da Nang, June 24 -- Organisers of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2026 have announced the early opening of a new grandstand with more than 2,000 seats after tickets for the festival's fifth competition night sold out.

The additional seating in Grandstand A4 will be put into operation ahead of schedule to meet growing demand from both local residents and tourists eager to enjoy one of Vietnam's most anticipated summer events.

The fifth and final qualifying night, scheduled for June 27, will be held under the theme "Vision". It will feature a showdown between Australia's Skylighter Fireworks Pty Ltd and Portugal's Macedos Pirotecnia Lda.
