Creating new drivers for Vietnam-Canada cooperation
Ottawa, Oct. 3 -- During his recent state visit to Canada, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam established a comprehensive framework for long-term cooperation based on major pillars, as noted by former Canadian parliamentarian Bryon Wilfert. The pillars are trade and investment, transport and supply chains, digital technology and artificial intelligence, energy and food security, defence and maritime cooperation, education, and people-to-people exchanges.
