Hanoi, March 17 -- Politburo member and Permanent member of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat Tran Cam Tu on March 17 chaired a conference reviewing preparations, organisation and logistical support for the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV), which took place in January.
