Hanoi, Oct. 27 -- Standing Deputy Minister of Health Vu Manh Ha provided detailed information on draft amendments to the Law on Donation, Removal and Transplantation of Human Tissues and Organs and Donation and Removal of Cadavers at a press briefing in Hanoi on October 27, clarifying provisions allowing children to donate tissues and organs as well as measures to protect their rights and interests.
