Ho Chi Minh City, March 5 -- The Ho Chi Minh City Union of Friendship Organisations (HUFO) on March 5 held the third "Czechoslovakia Day", marking the 76th founding anniversary of diplomatic ties between Vietnam and Czechoslovakia (February 2, 1950 - 2026).

The event was attended by Vietnamese Ambassador to the Czech Republic Duong Hoai Nam, Honorary Consul of the Czech Republic in Ho Chi Minh City Ngo Hong Chuyen, HUFO Chairwoman Ha Thanh, Mayor of Sala town in Slovakia's Nitra region Jozef Belicky, and members of the Czech and Slovak communities living and working in the city.
