New Delhi, Sept. 16 -- AI semiconductor verification company VerifAIX and aesthetic surgery platform True Artis have raised fresh funding to expand technology, customer deployments, and operations.
VerifAIX
AI-native semiconductor verification company VerifAIX has raised $5 million (Rs 47.9 crore) in seed funding co-led by Endiya Partners and Bluehill VC.
The round marks the company's first institutional funding and will support product development, customer deployments and engineering expansion across the US, India and Israel.
Founded by Madhulima Tewari, Kenneth Roe and Avner Landver, VerifAIX is building a verification trust layer for AI-driven chip design through its "Formal Brain", which reasons across specifications, RTL and verification assets to identify inconsistencies and gaps.
The fresh capital will be used to advance the Formal Brain, scale automated abstraction and decomposition for larger chip designs, strengthen formal and simulation capabilities and expand customer deployments.
VerifAIX said its platform is already being deployed by multiple semiconductor companies on real-world verification challenges, including control-intensive and protocol-heavy designs. The company is targeting semiconductor and IP companies, processor and AI accelerator developers, hyperscalers and systems companies. It will also expand its engineering teams in AI research, formal verification and semiconductor engineering across the US, India and Israel.
True Artis
Integrated aesthetic surgery platform True Artis has raised Rs 11.4 crore ($1.1 million) in a seed round led by Zeropearl VC, with participation from Eleven, angel investors and healthcare and business operators.
The round included Arjun Vaidya of V3 Ventures, Dr Dhruv Joshi of Cloud Physician, Ambarish Gupta of Basis Vectors Capital and Vivek Lohcheb of PhonePe, along with former senior executives from Airtel and OYO.
The company plans to use the fresh capital to open two more centres in Delhi-NCR over the next six-eight months, expand its plastic and aesthetic surgeon network, strengthen surgical and recovery capabilities and invest in technology and patient-care systems.
Founded by Ankit Joshi and Sandeep Upadhyay, True Artis operates purpose-built aesthetic surgery centres in Delhi and Gurugram, offering facial aesthetics, breast procedures, body contouring, hair restoration and non-surgical treatments.
