New Delhi, Aug. 12 -- The venture capital arm of Sanjeev Bikhchandani-led Info Edge (India) Ltd, which operates platforms such as Naukri.com and 99acres, has led an early-stage investment in a climate-tech startup, alongside Deepinder Goyal, the co-founder of Zomato parent Eternal Ltd, according to a person familiar with the matter.
Info Edge, Deepinder Goyal and Eternal chief financial officer Akshant Goyal have participated in the seed funding round of Gurugram-based YOGAN Solutions Pvt Ltd, which operates the brand YOGa Clean Air, the person said, asking not to be named. The amount of investment couldn't immediately be ascertained.
The company, founded by Sachin Panwar, is an indoor-air-quality control company. The company says it relies on a clean air bubble system designed to treat the air across an entire room or building rather than having people depend on a small standalone purifier.
The startup uses an outdoor-mounted active ventilation device that purifies external air and pumps it indoors, creating a "bubble" that constantly forces out stale carbon dioxide and blocks outdoor smog from leaking inside, according to its website. The company has worked with institutions including the Central Pollution Control Board, Delhi High Court, Prime Minister's Office, Parliament House and industry body FICCI.
Deepinder Goyal has previously invested in a few other startups, though his investment in space-tech startup Pixxel fell through. Most recently, he invested in Temple, his new wearable-tech venture, with the company raising $54 million at a post-money valuation of $190 million in February 2026.
He has also invested in aircraft startup LAT Aerospace that he set up with former Zomato COO Mohit Sardana, besides his longevity venture Continue. Earlier, in 2024, he backed Ultrahuman, which builds wearable devices and software platforms to track metabolic health, sleep, and physical recovery.
Akshant Goyal, meanwhile, has backed startups including Temple, wellness startup Gabit, and fintech platform Belong, among others.
Info Edge, which is an investor in Eternal and Policybazaar parent PB Fintech Ltd, recently launched two new funds for early- and growth-stage investments in India. Its portfolio includes names such as Gnani.ai, Aftershoot, ePlane, Manastu Space, and Clean Electric among numerous others.
