
New Delhi, Sept. 17 -- Deeptech company DheyaTech, AI-enabled metal procurement platform Enlight Metals, industrial workforce platform Factrika, nutraceutical ingredients company Nutriventia, gaming publisher 1312 Interactive, and laundry brand Ecosys have raised fresh funding.
Meanwhile, talent engagement and hiring platform Unstop has entered into an agreement to acquire PerspectAI, an AI-based talent assessment company.
DheyaTech
Bengaluru-based deeptech company DheyaTech, which develops small gas turbine engines, has raised Rs 43 crore ($4.4 million) in funding led by Avaana Capital, with participation from Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing.
The capital will support production readiness, testing capabilities and customer deployments. Founded in 2018 by aerospace engineers with experience at GE Aviation and Rolls-Royce, DheyaTech is developing gas turbine engines ranging from 20 kgf to 400 kgf of thrust for advanced aerial mobility and energy applications.
Its technology includes fuel-flexible and hydrogen capabilities. The company has received confirmed orders from Indian and global OEMs, and is targeting flight trials of its engines in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The firm plans to use the funds to scale production, establish an integrated testing facility, and work with customers to accelerate deployment.
Enlight Metals
AI-enabled metal procurement platform Enlight Metals has raised $1.5 million (Rs 14.3 crore) from US-based investment firm Exar North Group at a valuation of $10 million.
The investment will support technology development, procurement capabilities and expansion across the metal procurement ecosystem.
The company said its AI-led platform has reduced end-to-end transaction processing time by 75%, inventory costs by 30% and operational overhead by 60%, while cutting supplier matching time from five-seven hours to less than three minutes.
Enlight Metals is targeting a revenue of around Rs 1,200 crore in the next financial year and plans to drive growth through customer acquisition, geographic expansion, new dark stores and greater adoption of AI-led operational efficiencies.
The company currently operates facilities in Pune, Mumbai and Raipur and plans to expand to Ahmedabad and Indore.
The fresh capital will also be used to advance its agentic AI capabilities and expand its technology infrastructure. The company expects to complete the transaction in the coming weeks.
Factrika
On-demand industrial workforce platform Factrika has raised Rs 8.9 crore in a seed round led by Info Edge.
The company plans to use the fresh capital to strengthen the team, deepen its technology and expand into industrial clusters, including Bhiwadi, Manesar, Bawal, Noida and Bahadurgarh.
Founded in July 2024 by Kshitij Puri and Gaurav Asthana, the company matches manufacturers with verified workers based on skills and availability, enabling deployment within two hours.
The platform currently has more than 10,000 registered workers across 20-plus skill categories and counts Lenskart, Munjal Kiriu, Asahi India Glass, Jubilant Foods, Epack Durables, PG Technoplast, Hanon Climate, Bidso and Talbros Auto Components among its clients.
Nutriventia
Nutraceutical ingredients company Nutriventia has received an undisclosed strategic growth investment from healthcare and wellness-focussed investment firm NDude Labs.
The capital will support clinical R&D, expansion of its branded ingredient portfolio and proprietary delivery platform across global markets, and the establishment of a dedicated commercial team in the US.
Nutriventia's portfolio includes TurmXTRA for joint health, CaffXtend for mental alertness, Melotime for sleep, Ashwanova (Prolanza) for stress relief and C-Fence for long-acting vitamin C, with ALAXTRA also set to launch.
Nutriventia's ingredients are currently supplied to formulators and wellness brands across the US, Europe, Australia, South Korea and Japan. The company said it will use NDude Labs' operating support and cross-border capabilities to expand its commercial infrastructure in international markets while continuing to develop its delivery technologies focussed on bioavailability, stability and dosing efficacy.
1312 Interactive
1312 Interactive, an India-based PC and console game publishing house, has raised $1 million in seed funding led by T-Accelerate Capital and Chimera Venture Capital, with participation from Ventana Ventures, Rahul Reddy G, Rohan MC and Darini Srinivas.
Founded by gaming industry veterans Deepak Gurijala and Raviteja Mantena, the company discovers and publishes indie and AA games for global audiences, providing support across production, marketing, QA, localisation and distribution. Its publishing slate includes Winds of Arcana, Palm Sugar: A Village Story, Souls of Bombarika, We Are So Cooked and Misadventures of Space Man Biff.
The fresh capital will be used to expand 1312 Interactive's publishing efforts across emerging markets, with a focus on premium PC and console titles. The company is also launching 1312 Playground, a community-led initiative that will give developers access to player feedback, testing and audience insights during game development.
1312 Interactive plans to add six-eight titles annually to its publishing pipeline, while continuing to support studios with marketing, QA, localisation and production. The company had previously raised a pre-seed round from investors, including Akshat Rathee, Gautam Virk, Rajat Ojha and Sridhar Muppidi.
Ecosys
Laundry and home cleaning brand Ecosys has raised Rs 5 crore in a pre-Series A round led by GVFL Prarambh Fund, with participation from Proteus Partners, backed by operator-investors Puru Gupta and Sreejith Moolayil, the co-founders of True Elements.
The round takes Ecosys' total funding raised to Rs 7.94 crore. Founded by chartered accountants Sumit Goyal and Chirag Dangi, the company is focussed on laundry pods, a single-dose alternative to conventional detergent powder, and plans to expand into other cleaning and refill formats over time.
The firm plans to use the fresh capital to support Ecosys' expansion across e-commerce and quick-commerce channels, consumer education around laundry pods and the development of new laundry formats. The company said laundry pods are used by roughly two-thirds of US households and four in 10 UK households, compared with less than 10% in India.
Unstop-PerspectAI
Talent engagement and hiring platform Unstop has entered into an agreement to acquire PerspectAI, an AI-based talent assessment company.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition will add PerspectAI's technology, which combines game science, data science and people science with psychometrics, cognitive and behavioural sciences and AI, to Unstop's platform.
Its tools generate behavioural and cognitive signals to assess employability, role fit, future potential and workplace performance. PerspectAI counts Aditya Birla Capital, Tata Sons, Swiggy and Motilal Oswal among its enterprise clients.
