Edtech startup ByteXL, medtech company Sunfox Technologies, wealth-management platform Zomint, BFSI-focussed AI platform Desible.ai, debt-resolution platform Credfix, EV-charging platform Ionage and gourmet pizza brand The Dough Therapy have raised fresh funding.

ByteXL

Edtech startup byteXL, which works with engineering colleges to provide industry-aligned technology and AI skilling, has raised $9 million (around Rs 87 crore) in its latest funding round led by Elevar Equity, with participation from existing investors Kalaari Capital and The Michael & Susan Dell Foundation.

Founded by brothers Karun and Sricharan Tadepalli, the company operates a B2B-learning model, integrating technology training, AI curriculum, learning platforms and trained educators into engineering colleges, particularly in tier-II and tier-III cities.

The company will use the fresh capital to expand its institutional footprint, strengthen its AI and technology-led learning platform, and develop new industry-aligned skilling programmes. ByteXL plans to increase its presence from 40 to 120 institutions and expand its reach from 2 lakh students to 5 lakh students across 15 states over the next two years.

The latest round follows its $5.9 million Series A in July 2024, which was also led by Kalaari Capital with participation from the Dell Foundation.

Sunfox Technologies

Dehradun-based medtech company Sunfox Technologies, which sells the portable Spandan ECG platform, has raised $7 million (around $68 million) in its Series A round led by Ashish Kacholia, Lashit Sanghvi, Alchemy Capital and 3one4 Capital.

Founded in 2016 by Rajat Jain, Arpit Jain, Sabit Rawat, Nitin Chandola and Saurabh Badola, Sunfox develops portable and AI-enabled cardiac diagnostic solutions for hospitals, clinics, telemedicine networks and public-health systems.

Its Spandan platform helps frontline health workers capture ECGs and share them with remote doctors for interpretation.

The company will use the fresh capital to expand across India, build its global go-to-market capabilities, scale up its organisation and increase investments in research and development. Sunfox has regulatory approvals in India, Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania and South Africa and is pursuing clearances in the US and European Union.

Zomint

Human-led wealth-management platform for Indian retail investors Zomint has raised Rs 36 crore (around $3.7 million) in a seed round from Lightspeed and Prime Venture Partners.

Founded in September 2025 by Aman Mittal, an IIT Delhi alumnus and former product leader at Flipkart and Pine Labs, and Shavir Bansal, founder of personal-finance content platform Bekifaayati, Zomint provides families with dedicated wealth experts.

The platform targets working professionals and families and allows investors to start with a monthly SIP of Rs 25,000 or a lump sum of Rs 5 lakh.

Zomint will use the capital to expand its wealth and investment teams, strengthen its technology platform and build its investor education ecosystem.

Desible.ai

Agentic workflow orchestration platform for BFSI enterprises Desible.ai has raised Rs 32 crore (around $3.3 million) in a Seed Plus round led by Prime Venture Partners, with participation from existing investor Invention Engine.

Founded in 2025 by Uttam Tiwari and Omkar Raikar, the Bengaluru-based company helps banks, NBFCs and insurers automate customer engagement, servicing, operations and compliance workflows, starting with voice and expanding across WhatsApp, SMS and email.

Desible.ai claims that it currently works with more than 40 BFSI institutions.

The company will use the fresh capital to deepen its agentic AI capabilities, strengthen compliance infrastructure, expand go-to-market efforts and accelerate product development.

Credfix

Bengaluru-based debt resolution platform for financially distressed borrowers Credfix has raised Rs 16.1 crore (around $1.7 million) in seed funding led by Tanglin Venture Partners, with participation from Stargazer.

Founded in 2025 by Ranjan Agarwal, Neeraj Kulkarni and Ayush Kedia, Credfix helps borrowers understand their debt obligations, assess resolution options, manage lender interactions and navigate legal notices.

The company had previously raised Rs 4.5 crore from K2 Capital, Invstt Trust and angel investors.

Credfix will use the fresh capital to accelerate product development, strengthen its proprietary AI capabilities and expand its nationwide borrower support network. Its platform includes Risi, an AI financial-assistant that helps borrowers identify debt resolution options; Neytra, an AI call-management tool that provides recovery call summaries; and an AI legal-assistant that helps users understand legal notices and prepare draft responses for review.

Ionage

Ionage, an AI-enabled energy management platform and EV charging interoperability network, has raised $1.3 million (around Rs 12.5 crore) in pre-Series A funding from strategic investors and a consortium of CXOs from global energy and infrastructure companies.

The company operates as an asset-light software layer connecting charge-point operators, charger manufacturers, real estate owners and EV users, enabling charger discovery, interoperability, operations and payments across networks.

Founded by Vimal Kumar V, Ionage claims to have onboarded more than 25,000 four-wheeler charge points, over 75 charging partners and more than 63+ fleets across 33 states and Union territories.

The company will use the fresh capital to expand coverage to 100% of active charger networks in India and help small and mid-sized charge-point operators set up and manage charging stations.

The Dough Therapy

Mumbai-based gourmet pizza brand The Dough Therapy has raised Rs 5.25 crore (around $540,000) in its first institutional seed round at a valuation of Rs 35 crore, led by Michigan Capital Advisors Ltd. (MCAL), formerly Melwani Finance, with participation from Equiglobe Investment.

Founded in November 2020 by Abhishek Dedhia, Mohit Chheda and Gaurav Majrekar, the company has grown from one outlet to 10 outlets in Mumbai and offers more than 30 varieties of 100% vegetarian and vegan gourmet pizzas.

The company plans to use the fresh capital to support the brand's expansion in Mumbai and its plans to enter new markets across India.

The Dough Therapy will allocate 60% of the funding towards expansion, 15% to marketing and the remaining 25% towards supply chain infrastructure, centralised operations and kitchen technology.
