
New Delhi, Aug. 11 -- Ayati Devices, a medical technology and device manufacturing company, has raised Rs 15 crore (around $1.57 million) in a pre-Series A funding round led by Inflexor Ventures in its first institutional funding round.
It will use the capital to commercialise its diagnostic technologies, expand its domestic and international presence, strengthen manufacturing capabilities, and deepen investments in research, regulatory approvals, artificial intelligence, and global talent.
The company, incubated at IIT Bombay's Society for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (SINE) as part of the institute's translational research programme, is developing precision diagnostic solutions for diabetic foot complications and peripheral vascular disease. Set up by Nishant Kathpal, it builds portable and affordable diagnostic technologies that bring preventive care into primary care centres and diabetes clinics.
It holds regulatory clearances across global markets including the US, Europe, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and the UAE. With the funding, it plans to deepen its presence across Europe, the U.S., the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australia and Latin America.
Vecton AI
Vecton AI, a software services company for financial institutions, has secured Rs 6 crore (around $630,000) in a pre-seed funding round led by Zeropearl VC.
The round also saw participation from several startup founders and operators.
The fresh capital will be used to accelerate the development of its AI solutions, and also strengthen its Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) model to work closely with financial institutions in discovering, designing and deploying AI systems.
The company, founded by BITS Pilani alumni Himanshu Goyal and Gaurav Mandlecha, is an AI-native software services company.
FreightFox
FreightFox, a logistics-tech startup, has secured Rs 5 crore (around $520,000) in a strategic funding round led by HighLeaf.
Vijender Yadav, founder of Accops Systems Private Limited, and Puru Gupta, founder and operating partner at Proteus Partners, and Aeravti Ventures also participated in the round.
It will use the fresh funds to expand FreightFox's enterprise sales and partner network in India.
FreightFox consolidates the entire freight lifecycle into a single platform, from freight procurement and execution to shipment tracking, invoice settlement and sustainability reporting.
