India, Oct. 26 -- Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) handed over two Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) Tejas Final Operational Clearance (FOC) Twin Seater Trainers and three HTT-40 Basic Trainers to the Indian Air Force, and four Dhruv Next Generation helicopters to Pawan Hans Limited in the presence of Raksha Mantri Rajnath Singh and Minister of Civil Aviation K Rammohan Naidu in Bengaluru, Karnataka on 18 September 2026.
