, Oct. 28 -- KANGAN: A resident of Wudder area in Kangan, Ganderbal, has accused the Power Development Department (PDD) of disconnecting his electricity supply despite allegedly paying his bill in advance.

Speaking to Valley Online News, Zahoor Ahmad claimed that his family was forced to live without electricity for several days, even though he had already cleared his electricity dues.

According to Zahoor, the family initially believed that a transformer fault had caused the power outage. However, they later discovered that their electricity connection had allegedly been disconnected by the department.
