Today is Tax Day, and this year Hoosiers are keeping more of their hard-earned money thanks to the Working Families Tax Cuts.
"No Hoosier has ever told me that Washington should spend more and tax more," Rep. Yakym said. "This Tax Day is different. Hoosiers are seeing some of the biggest refunds ever, and the Working Families Tax Cuts made that happen. Lower rates, doubled standard deduction, no tax on tips, no tax on overtime, and enhanced deduction on Social Security. That's real money back in hardworking Hoosiers' pockets, and it's permanent."
