U.S. Senators Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley joined Senate colleagues today in reintroducing a landmark legislative package designed to establish a nationwide right to in-vitro fertilization (IVF) and hold insurance companies accountable to cover essential fertility treatments for families.
The Right to IVF Act, comes nearly two years after Donald Trump promised free IVF for all Americans, despite his continued attacks on reproductive freedom. IVF provides a critical path toward building a family for millions of Americans struggling with infertility, yet treatments frequently come with inflated prices, putting care out of reach for middle and lower-income households...
