MOLINE, IL - Western Illinois University's Museum Studies program will host its first microcredential workshop, "Museum and Technology," from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, at WIU-Quad Cities, with an option to participate live via Zoom.
The workshop is part of the Museum Studies Graduate Program's Building Capacity Through Apprenticeship and Microcredentials: An Integrated Workforce Development Model for Museum Professionals initiative. The program was awarded a $249,694 grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services to support the initiative.
