Atlanta, April 16 -- WESTSIDE/HOWELL MILL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT has issued a solicitation notice (PE-33020-NONST-2026-000000006) titled ‘Ellsworth Industrial Blvd Sidewalk Project’. Notably, the event starts on April 15 and ends on May 18.
Further, the description states, “The Upper Westside CID invites qualified construction firms to submit bids for the construction of Ellsworth Industrial Blvd sidewalk, a Moving Atlanta Forward project led by the CID. The project scope includes building a 10¿ wide sidewalk in the right-of-way between Elaine Ave and Huff Rd.
