Representative Zach Nunn (IA-03) on Monday joined Des Moines Mayor Connie Boesen, ICON Water Trails leadership, and central Iowa business and tourism leaders at Birdland Park Marina to announce a $2 million federal investment he secured to improve public access to the Des Moines River at Birdland Park and Prospect Park - the second award he has delivered for the ICON Water Trails network.
