Today, U.S. Senators Mark R. Warner and Tim Kaine (both D-VA) and U.S. Representative Suhas Subramanyam (D-VA-10) applauded an announcement from the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) and United Airlines to invest at least $20 billion to upgrade Washington Dulles International Airport.
