WASHINGTON - Today, U.S. Sens. Mark R. Warner (D-VA), Vice Chair of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, and Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) reintroduced the Enhancing K-12 Cybersecurity Act, bipartisan legislation to help schools defend against ransomware, data breaches, and other cyberattacks that can expose students' information, disrupt classroom learning, and strain already limited school resources. Companion legislation was introduced in the House of Representatives by U.S. Reps. Doris Matsui (D-CA) and Zach Nunn (R-IA).
