Moylan (GU-00) introduced the Streamline Upgrades for Veterans Act, legislation to help ensure veterans living with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or traumatic brain injury (TBI) receive timely consideration when seeking relief related to their military discharge status. The Government Accountability Office found inconsistent adjudication timelines of discharge upgrade requests across the services.
