Today, Congressman Tim Walberg (MI-05) voted in favor of, and the House passed, the Senate Amendment to H.R. 6500, the Continuing Appropriations Act of 2027. The legislation would continue federal funding through December 11, 2026, while Congress completes work on the full-year fiscal year 2027 appropriations bills. "Senate Democrats have refused to advance a single fiscal year 2027 appropriations bill, abandoning regular order and jeopardizing the funding process," said Rep. Walberg.
