ORONO, Maine, July 10 -- University of Maine issued the following news release:
WABI (Channel 5 in Bangor) highlighted the University of Maine's New Student Orientation, where incoming members of the Class of 2030 explored campus resources, met student organizations and prepared for the start of the fall semester. University officials said orientation helps students begin building the experiences, connections and opportunities that will shape their college careers. "You're coming here to get an education, not just a degree," said Christopher Richards, director of admissions at UMaine.
