CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA - A Richmond, Virginia woman has admitted identity theft and money laundering in the Northern District of West Virginia, announced U.S. Attorney Matthew L. Harvey.
Kelli Renee Miller, 43, pled guilty today to aggravated identity theft and transactional money laundering. According to court documents and statements made in court, Miller worked with Michael Vordjorbe to assume the identities of account holders without their knowledge or permission and withdrew funds from accounts at several banks, some in the Northern District of West Virginia.
