Today, Congressman Vindman announced the winners of the 2026 Congressional Art Competition for high school students in Virginia's Seventh Congressional District.
Each spring, the Congressional Institute sponsors a nationwide high school visual art competition to recognize and encourage artistic talent in each congressional district. Winning pieces are displayed in the U.S. Capitol and on the official Congressional Art Competition (https://www.house.gov/educators-and-students/congressional-art-competition) page for one year.
