U.S. Senators Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) and Mark Warner (D-Va.) along with more than 15 of their colleagues are pushing back on the Trump Administration's Office of Personnel Management (OPM) proposed rule on government-wide nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) for all federal employees.
