LARAMIE, Wyo., July 8 -- The University of Wyoming issued the following news release:
The University of Wyoming will host a field day at the James C. Hageman Sustainable
Agriculture Research and Extension Center (SAREC) near Lingle in collaboration with
Eastern Wyoming College (EWC) Wednesday, July 22.
The event, which is free and open to the public, will take place at 2753 State Highway
157. Registration begins at 9 a.m., and a field tour will start at 9:30 a.m.
During the field tour, UW faculty, staff and students will present about current agricultural
research projects. Topics include weed control, organic cropping systems, forage crops
and early-weaning strategies for livestock.
