Steen Stovall will discuss the basics of starting a business during a Wyoming Small
Business Development Center (SBDC) Network workshop titled "Start Your Own Business
- Douglas" Tuesday, May 12, from 5:30-7 p.m. at Eastern Wyoming College's Douglas
campus, located at 800 S. Windriver Drive. The workshop will take place in Room 133
