Small businesses, entrepreneurs and startups will have an opportunity to learn how
to secure historically underutilized business zone (HUBZone) certifications to compete
for federal contracts for their businesses Monday, April 27.
The Wyoming APEX Accelerator will sponsor "From Rural to Ready: Understanding HUBZone
