LARAMIE, Wyo., Sept. 16 -- The University of Wyoming issued the following news release:
Many government agencies require documents to be completed and submitted electronically,
making basic digital document skills essential for government contracting. Small businesses,
entrepreneurs and startups will have an opportunity to learn about working with PDFs
using Adobe Acrobat and other free applications Wednesday, Sept 23.
