ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,577,246, issued on March 17, was assigned to Zhejiang Yangli Pharmaceutical Technology Co. Ltd. (Zhejiang, China).
"Indoline compound" was invented by Jianyu Lu (Shanghai), Charles Z. Ding (Shanghai), Huijun He (Shanghai), Lihong Hu (Shanghai), Yuanyuan Huang (Shanghai), Jian Li (Shanghai) and Shuhui Chen (Shanghai).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An indoline compound. Specifically disclosed is an application of a compound represented by formula (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof in the preparation of drugs for treating related diseases."
The patent was filed on Feb. 8, 2022, under Application No. 18/275,457.
